Perched atop Mt Woolooma in the Upper Hunter Valley, we were tasked with renovating this breathtaking luxury accommodation. Our approach was to preserve the original charm crafted by Sydney architect John Suttor, while enhancing the internal finishes and upgrading the hardwood timber trims throughout. We aimed to blend a neutral colour scheme of concrete, Australian hardwood, and brass with the existing natural volcanic rock, creating a harmonious and sophisticated aesthetic. The result is a tranquil retreat, perfect for escaping and cherishing precious time with loved ones!
